IMPROVMENT OF TRAINING (AGRICULTURE AND MINING SECTOR)
The objective of the project is to support Guinea’s Ministry of Technical and Vocational Education and Training, of Employment and Labour (METFPET) in the implementation of its vocational training policy in the agriculture and mining sectors.
The objectives are:
- To ensure the monitoring of the implementation of the trainings revised according to the competency-based approach of CAP and BTS levels in 11 public training centres of the country in the agriculture and mining sectors
- To support the École Normale des Professeurs d’Enseignement technique et professionnel (ENPETP) in the further development of a trainers’ training plan and in the monitoring of its implementation
- To support the centres’ management in a comprehensive manner
- To define and implement the Fund for integration’s management tools and the young graduates’ integration process
- To bring the training institutions and workplaces closer through protocols to partnership agreement
- To support the METFPET in the enhancement of its steering capacities and in the promotion of a better technical and financial implementation of the project’s activities
