IN-CLASS EVALUATION STUDY OF PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHERS
The objective of the project was to evaluate the primary school teachers’ in-class performance. The mandate was to promote the continuous improvement of teaching and learning within the Ministry of Primary, Secondary and Vocational Education in Togo. This evaluation was therefore on the knowledge, know-how and interpersonal skills of the teachers in order to identify their weaknesses and to learn any lessons that are required to improve the next phases of training. Recommendations and strategies were provided to improve the performance of teachers.
