This mandate took place in support to the ministère de l’Enseignement Primaire, Secondaire et de l’Alphabétisation (MEPSA) so as to allow the institution to exercise better control over teaching staff working in its administrative services. Education internationale accompanied the Ministry in carrying out an audit and putting in place an action plan so that it can better implement procedures for the secondment of teachers into administrative services, redeployment of ministry officials returning from training and those handed over to the supervisory authority.
