DEVELOPMENT OF TESTS IN THE PRIMARY AND SECONDARY LEVELS
The objective of the project was to strengthen the capacities of the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education and of Literacy (MEPSA) to elaborate and administrate standardized tests, to analyze the results and to implement a pilot mechanism of the education system (primary and secondary) to evaluate the students’ learning.
