STRENGTHENING OF THE VOCATIONAL TRAINING IN LIMA NORTH
The objective of the project was to promote the institutional strength of 14 vocational training centres. This institutional strengthening was achieved through activities of development in teaching for teachers and of management competencies upgrading for administrators and directors, and through the modernization of the auto mechanics program. A technical and financial support was offered to review the training program and to improve its adequacy to the labour market needs.
