    TEACHERS AND MANAGERS TRAINING

    The mandate was part of the project in support to the reform of vocational education and training funded by The World Bank and aiming to provide Mozambique with a technical and vocational training system that meets the manpower needs of the labour market in 5 key training sectors:

    • Agriculture and agro-industry
    • Administration and trade
    • Mining
    • Industrial maintenance
    • Tourism and hospitality

    The mandate of Éducation internationale included 2 phases:

    1) The identification of training needs to then establish a plan and training calendar for the upgrading of competencies

    2) The realization of the training plan. 21 training sessions were carried out, hence reaching 438 participants on a total of 123 days of training
