For this mandate, Éducation internationale carried out an institutional and organisational analysis of the vocational training education system in Mali. It also revised legal texts, harmonised the institutional framework (structures and services), produced a strategy for implementing institutional and organisational changes as well as proposed redeployment strategies of Malian officials.
