STRENGTHENING OF THE EDUCATION MANAGEMENT
This mandate was part of the pre-start-up phase of a project aiming to globally increase the programs’ management and delivery capacities of the CFPH Canado in order to make this establishment a reference centre in management and training on the basis of the competency-based approach (CBA). In order to successfully carry out the implementation of the CBA at the CFPH Canado, the project aimed to review the offered programs and to conduct a feasibility study for the implementation of new training curricula in the centre.
