TRAINING OF MANAGERS ON COMMUNITY-BASED MANAGEMENT
The project allowed the training of managers on the decentralization of the education and the development of a community-based management framework. The training aimed at preparing the managers to manage schools with the active participation of the parents and the community in the democratic organization and the school life, towards the objective of a reciprocal interaction.
