INDIVIDUAL SUPPORT TRAINING IN VOCATIONAL TRAINING
The mandate was to develop and conduct a training for a group of 25 to 30 trainers who had to train all technical and vocational training teachers of Guadeloupe on how to individually coach and accompany students. More specifically, the trainers were prepared in order to be able to train the teachers on the conduct of training sessions on individual support or on support in multidisciplinary context. Moreover, the trainers received a training on the elaboration and selection of learning material and appropriate methods, on the realization of diagnoses on the students’ positioning and on the adaptation of the training contents.
