STRATEGIC STUDY OF THE EDUCATION SECTOR
Hundreds of education practitioners, men and women, were consulted in order to conduct:
- An organizational and institutional assessment of the education system
- An evaluation of the policies and performance
- An analysis of public expenses in education
- A critical analysis of the government’s strategic orientations in education
- The elaboration of an action plan to implement the suggested strategies and other recommendations, including the indicators for monitoring progress and the implementation of a monitoring and evaluation mechanism
