DEVELOPMENT OF GUIDELINES REGARDING ADULT EDUCATION
The mandate involved producing tools to better enable the African Development Bank (AfDB) to identify, plan and implement literacy projects and programs as part of its sectoral policy related to education. The mandate allowed the AfDB to have performance indicators and benchmarks that facilitate the monitoring and the evaluation of the progress made, as well as its lasting impact on the development. Éducation internationale also developed guidelines for literacy programs and prepared checklists for the impact assessment of literacy projects.
