INCREASED ACCESS TO VOCATIONAL TRAINING AND LABOUR MARKET
The objective of the project was to strengthen the institutional capacities of the Colegio Técnico Experimental Jesús Obrero (CTEJO) by improving the management practices, modernizing the general mechanics workshop and developing a network of relationships with Lima’s organizations. The project also contributed to the implementation of a continuing education program in general mechanics in order to promote the access to vocational training of the active workers and the female students.
