The project consisted in the organisation of a conference in Mali which lead to the capacity building of vocational training center directors from Mali, Benin, Burkina Faso, Senegal, and Burundi. During this conference, Éducation internationale and its partners (CS des Bois-Francs, CS Rivière-du-Nord et la Fédération québécoise des commissions scolaires) presented approaches to promote the return to studies and the retention of out-of-school youth.
