Coordinate, support and represent the members in their international development and cooperation initiatives in order to enable them to:

• play an active role in the sustainable development of education systems and to work to make them accessible to everyone everywhere in the world;

• carry out exchange programs and student and teacher practicums in language training, vocational education and cultural education.
