Éducation internationale offers its members a full range of recruitment services for international students.

Services offered:

  • Certification of the training offer to be offered to international students
  • Production of promotional tools
  • Carrying out recruitment (through international agreements, international recruitment missions, recruitment agencies selected by the Cooperative, promotional web campaign, etc.)
  • Follow-up, reception and validation of admission requests (when the student file is transferred to the member, it is complete)
  • Follow-up, reception and treatment of the comparative evaluation for studies outside Québec (at the conclusion of the process, the member will receive the comparative evaluation without having had to undertake, under any circumstances, any follow-up whatever to obtain this document)
  • Preparation for the member of the letter of admission for the international student (the member will need only to check the content, print out 3 original copies and submit it via express mail to the international student)
  • Complete follow-up of the administrative procedures so that the international student may come to study in Québec. This includes the follow-up for obtaining the Certificat d’acceptation du Québec (CAQ) and the Canadian Work Permit.
  • In the case where an international student is not a French citizen (exempt from tuition fees), obtain complete payment of tuition fees.

The member need only carry out the follow-up with the international student to prepare his or her reception and integration in Québec.

For the 2013-2014 recruitment campaign, members will be advised of the terms of service in spring 2013 and will need to have signed their service agreement by the end of summer 2013.
