Project Opportunities

Éducation internationale and its members do not have at their disposal independent financial resources to implement development projects. Indeed, Éducation internationale implements projects that are funded by foreign clients and official development assistance from governments or international financial institutions. Through these projects, Éducation international employs primarily the technical expertise of its member institutions.

To contribute to development projects, Éducation internationale is active through the following mechanisms:

  • Competitive bidding through international financial institutions project procurement
  • Global Affairs Canada’s competitive calls/requests for proposals
  • Ad-hoc collaboration agreement with foreign governments.

For Éducation internationale’s institutional members, international partners and the consultants we work with, it is relevant to understand how these three mechanisms function.
