Services for Members

Éducation internationale participates in international competitive bidding processes to implement development projects along with its member institutions. Éducation internationale then manages the international development projects it implements with its members.

More specifically, Éducation internationale’s activities consist in:

  • Providing training and advisory services to member institutions so that these are better able to win and implement international development projects;
  • Perform market studies and feasibility studies;
  • Represent its member institutions to international funding institutions, foreign governments or in events relevant to exporting Quebec’s know how in education;
  • Provide intelligence and information about international development project opportunities;
  • Manage a database of education experts; recruit and select experts and international partners;
  • Participate in international competitive bidding processes (letter of motivation, expression of interest, proposal writing, funding request writing);
  • Negotiate contracts with foreign governments and international funding institutions;
  • Provide financial and administrative project management; monitor and report progress and results to foreign government and funding agencies;
  • Provide technical assistance in sustainable development and gender equality;
  • Host foreign delegations; organise foreign field mission.
